WEB DESIGNING TRICKS The Web is a visual medium. An effectively designed Web site must wow, tease, and compel your audience to step in and explore what you have to offer. To create an effective web site, you must first understand the basic rules governing Web design. Here I've given few ideas to create a good web site. Remember the purpose of your web site - Now this seems obvious but I've been to quite a few sites where I was able to find dancing gifs and cute little sayings but not the information I was looking for. Images and other extras are good for your site as long as they contribute to its purpose and not distract from it. Make it easy - Make sure your site is easy to navigate. If your visitors have to spend to much time trying to find things they will go elsewhere. Remember the limitations of your visitors - Not everyone has the top of the line computer, latest browser of high speed internet connection. Keep these people in mind when setting up a sight. Always make large images optional - Large images take more time to download. Always use smaller images with a link to the larger one if people want to wait. Never use music - Everyone has different tastes and while you may think that having pink Floyd or Garth Brooks playing for your visitor when they enter your site is cool, most will find it annoying and leave. Avoid tacky backgrounds - Don't use a tiled image background or a bright glaring color, it is too hard on the eyes. Site name - Choosing a name for your site is important. It needs to be individual, unique, reflect the content and purpose of the site, and be short, snappy and memorable. Site structure - Your web site can be as small or as large as you want it to be - it's up to you. Some sites consists of just one page (the home page), others consist of hundreds of pages. The object of a web site is to attract as many people as possible. If you're going for more than one page, think of your web site as a building - the more rooms it has the more interesting and attractive it will be to more people who will be attracted by the content of a particular room. You will need: Home page - this will be the normal entrance to the site which announces you, your web site and your message. Core pages - the ones with the meat, the important information. Special interest pages - each covers a specific angle. Doorway pages - these are designed specifically to attract Internet surfers. Using the analogy of a building, then unlike a modern building where you want to channel everyone in and out of the front door - for security purposes - with a web site you want to create as many doors (entrances) as possible. Each page (doorway) is another opportunity to be found in the search engines. At the bottom of each doorway page, the person is invited to visit the main page or other pages. Improving your ranking with the search engines - Research suggests that for surfers to find your site it must appear within the first three pages of the results returned by the search engine. Usually, this means in the top 30 sites listed. Aim always for the top ten. You can improve your rankings in the search engine by using keywords in the form of HTML meta tags. The Stolen Wealth of India During British Rule

Everyone knows the history of India. But not all know how much wealth it gave to this world. I don’t mean the literature and culture it taught to this world. I mean the wealth, the money, the gold and diamonds stolen, looted by the British rulers, when they ruled India for nearly 200years. During the mid of 1770’s, the western countries, especially Britain had Industrial revolution and it was completely financed by the money looted from India. EvenWilliam Digby and British historian agreed that without the “Venture Capital” which was looted from Bengal, the Industrial Revolution might not have happened. In 1957, the Battle of Plassey happenedamong the Nawab of Bengal and British rulers. But Robert Clive defeated the effort of evicting the British rule. Duringthis battle, Bengal got looted completely. The looted money and wealth were then showered in the industrial revolution, which helped in the inventions like “The spinning Jenny” in the year 1764, “The water Frame”,a machine to spin cotton threads in the year 1769, “TheSteam Engine” in the year 1785 and a lot lot more. Apart from financing the British people to develop their inventions and economy, the wealth of India helped Americans also to grow economically. During 19th century, USA levied heavy and stiff tariffs on any goods imported from Britain. Since Britain didn’t have any problem for wealth and money, as it was flowing from India, which they absorbed completely, they didn’t care about the high taxes. So, the prosperity of India was sharedwith America also by the British rulers. One more Englishman mentioned in his note about India, “Even after sucking the entire wealth of India, our government is still giving moresufferings to the people of India by forcing them to buy their products like dresses which they wove by the inventions sponsored by Indian money. How people of hot country can wear a dress woven for a cold country like England?” and so on… Anglophiles’ note of apology says “British colonial rule in India was the organized banditry that financed England’s Industrial Revolution”. The British rulers even took over the technology of India, along with money. Will Durant, an American Historian mentioned in his note “India was flourishing in Ship building besides the expertise of making steel and textiles. But all got ruined when British took over those technologies”. Only few know that the birth place of the world famous Kohinoor diamond (which means Mountain of Light), which is currently a part of theRoyal British Crown Jewels, is India. This 105 carat diamond was the largest one at that time and it was kept by various Mughal Emperors. But it was later looted by the East Indian Company, which was then gifted to Queen Victoria when she was declared as “Empress of India” in the year 1877. Roughly it has been estimated as 1.8 Trillion Dollars of moneythat was looted by the British rulers in that 200 years of brutal ruling of India, apart from some other wealth like gold, diamonds and raw materials which got transported out of India in 700 Ships and made India from a Developed Nation to a “Developing Country“. PAN is a 10 digit alpha numeric number, where the first 5 characters are letters, the next 4 numbers and the last one a letter again. LAPTOP USERS: BE AWARE!

A couple lost their 25 year old son in a fire at home on June 4th.The son who had graduated withMBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madis on two weeks earlier had come home for a while. He had lunch with his dad at home and decided to go back to clean up his hostel room. His father told him to wait, to meet his mother, before he went back for a few days. He decided to takea nap while waiting for his mom to come back home from work. Some time later their neighbors called 911 when they saw black smoke coming out of the house. Unfortunately, the 25 years old died in the three year old house. It took several days of investigation to find out the cause of the fire. It was determined that the fire was caused by the laptop resting on the bed. When the laptop was on the bed cooling fan did not get the air to cool the computer and that is what caused the fire. He did not even wake up to get out of the bed because he died of breathing in carbon monoxide. The reason I am writing this to allof you is that I have seen many ofus and also our brothers& sisters sons&daughters friends&family using the laptop while in bed. Let us all decide and make it a practice not to do that. The risk isreal. Let us make it a rule not to use the laptop on bed with blankets and pillows around. Please educate as many people asyou can.

अनोळखी वाटेवर असं 'एकटं' आणि दिशाहीन चालून ... अन अर्थहीन प्रश्नांना सगळ्यांच्या 'उगाच' टाळत राहून ... दमलोय मी आता .. सगळ्यांना 'समजावून' घेऊन ... ज्यांना जे जे 'हवं' त्यांना ते ते देऊन ... अन तुटून विखुरलेल्या माझ्या अंतरंगाचे तुकडे पुन्हा पुन्हा साचवत ठेऊन ... दमलोय मी आता ... उघड्या डोळ्यांनी स्वप्न पाहून ..तिच्या आठवात संपूर्ण रात्र जागा राहून ... दिवस-रात्र स्वतःच्याच विचारांशी भांडून... अन त्याच त्याच शब्दांना पुन्हा एकदा कवितेत मांडून .. दमलोय मी आता ... परिस्थितीशी झगडून .. अनवाणी रखडून ... नको तिथे वाकून ... डोळ्यातलं दुखंझाकून ... वाट बघून .. उपेक्षा भोगून .. श्वास मोजून .. स्वतःला हरवून .. खरंच खूप दमलोय मी आता .. हे असलं जगणं जगून ... खरंच खूप दमलोय मी आता .. हे असलं ..!!!!

लहानपणी आकाशातले तारे मोजण्याचा 'प्रयत्न' केलाय का कधी... I'm sure आपल्यातल्या प्रत्येकाने असा प्रयत्न एकदातरी केलाय... कारण लहानपणी ना एखादी गोष्ट होऊशकत नाही असं आपल्याला कोणी शिकवलेलं नसतं... त्यावेळी संपूर्ण आभाळ आपलं असतं... पण जसं जसं आपण मोठे होतो तसं तसं काय काय होऊ शकत नाही हे आपल्या मनावर गिरवण्याचा उठाठोप सुरु होतो... आणि "प्रयत्नांती परमेश्वर" म्हणणारी हीच बुद्धिवंत मंडळी आपल्याला, आकाशातले तारे कुठे मोजता येतात का, वेडा ... असं म्हणून "वेड्यात" काढते... मग नंतर आपणही लोकं काय म्हणतील या भीतीने 'प्रयत्न' सुद्धा करणं टाळतो !!

Yes, it is the lack ness of something what you want to feel; the trust, you search. Actually, attraction and love both are caused by the different hormones.
