Researcher's at the university of new south wales, Australia has developed a new solar car which breaks the previous record of a solar car having a speed of 79 km/hr by boosting up with a speed of 88 km/hr.
The name of solar car is Sunswift IVy.
The car normally uses solar cells to charge a 25 kg battery. The carhas smashed a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD.
It is a single seater car till yet. Researchers are working on it to improve durability, design, efficiency and other things.
