If you have a 3g Data Card then follow the steps to get 3g speed on 2g recharge --
(1) Go to "SETTINGS"- then Click on "NETWORK", then Select "UTMS/HSDPA", click "APPLY".
(2) Next go to "CONNECTION", Click on "ADD", ===)Profile Name : Any Name, NUMBER: *99#, (User name & Password = Leave it BLANK), APN (Access Point Name) :bsnllive
N.B: Proxy is very important, Proxy : 10.220.67.131 , Port No : 8080
